Important note about Windows: The local large language model engine we use is still very new to Windows. Our early testing suggests that NOTER provides the same quality of notes across different processors - however the speed of output varies widely.

Even on slow machines, NOTER has produced quality notes, but at a painstakingly slow pace. This could work in a kind of 'set it and forget it' strategy, e.g., letting the notes write overnight. But of course this is not ideal for every workflow. The best way to find out how NOTER might work for you is to demo on your computer!
